CO2Calc

CO2Calc is a trilingual workflow automation for tour-emissions tracking. It was built in two days, made funding-ready, and then deliberately preserved as a frozen snapshot for teaching and proof.

The project matters because it shows a useful middle ground between rough prototype and overbuilt platform. Only a third of the eventual workflow was implemented, but that third was coherent enough to prove the operating logic.

Why the frozen version exists

The frozen version is not abandoned work. It is a teaching artifact and a proof object. It demonstrates how far a bounded build can go in a short time when the scope is disciplined and the system is architected clearly enough to show value early.
