Arthur Schmidt-Pabst

Designer, systems thinker, and AI consultant in Berlin.

This is Arthur Schmidt-Pabst's personal home. Two professional branches grow from it: Code:Emotion Design for identity, interface, and editorial systems, and Human in the Middle for practical AI consultation. Both come from the same concern with structure, attention, trust, and work that people can actually carry forward.

Branches

Two branches. One point of view.

Different applications of the same way of thinking: one branch builds brands, interfaces, and editorial systems, the other turns AI into something usable inside real organizations.

Design

Code:Emotion Design

Identity systems, interfaces, editorial structures, and concept work for projects that need clarity and character at the same time.

AI Consultation

Human in the Middle

Practical AI consultation and training for companies that want visible gains without giving away judgment, control, or responsibility.

Bridge

Why both belong together

I arrived at AI through design. Years of working on user journeys, interfaces, and editorial structures trained me to see where attention goes, where friction appears, and what helps people orient themselves inside a system.

That experience is directly useful in consultation work. Companies do not only need capable tools; they need workflows people can trust, review, and adopt without losing judgment. Systems thinking, attention guidance, and usability design are what let me translate AI from raw capability into practical use.
